● Prepared food that is binned
● Fruit and vegetables that don’t meet our unnatural
standards of physical appearance (between 20% and 40%) are thrown away before
even leaving the farm.
We can definitely do our share of trying to cut down on our

● Make soup
● Double check use-by dates of fresh food before you
purchase
● Realise that use-by dates are just advice
